The Heritage Festival, now called the Orange Curtain Festival is a Alternative Music Festival (was Bluegrass) that is being put on at the Heritage Museum in Santa Ana as a fundraiser for this great non-profit. This will be a great event where several Alternative bands will be playing to a crowd that pays to get in. The Santa Ana Heritage Museum takes some of the original houses that were first established in the Orange County area (Victorian houses) and shows what life was like back in the 1890’s.
This will be a family event with, blacksmith demonstrations, an adobe brick making workshop, tours of the of the old Victorian houses, a Native American Tribes exhibit and Young Rembrandt Drawing lessons. There will also be a microbrew beer garden, wine garden, and Beach Pit BBQ food served. The event will be on Saturday, June 1st, 2013 from 11:30am to 7pm.
